Random Art:Dedication to Queen Victoria I

I just finished watching "Elizabeth:The Golden Age" for like the 50th time and got inspired to create a dedication piece to the Queen in her garden.  I love time periods such as the Victorian era..the influence me alot in many ways besides my artwork.

Random Art at 3AM/Inspiration

soooo the movie, Season of the Witch inspired me to do an exorcism piece on my best friend Andrew LOL..and i know he's probably going to be mad when he sees it but hopefully he'll just admire it for what it is.  At least now he knows why i took those pictures of him :)  So i hope you enjoy it!!

Season of the Witch

this movie was great in my eyes.  alot of people didn't like it but i don't care.  this movie had alot of background history in it that people probably didn't pay attention to..the only thing that i wanted to make clear about this movie is that this is the reason that i don't believe in religion...religion especially Catholicism has killed thousands if not millions of people because they didn't "believe" in what they believed in.  One thing I've always been sure about is what i believe in and that is God and God's son Jesus Christ..nothing more, nothing less....i definitely recommend this movie..it was veryyyy interesting at the end

Drive Thru Movie Theatres

most people my age have probably never experienced a drive-thru movie, you know the old movies outside  like in the movie Grease :) LOL...i recently went to one like two months ago upstate with a friend of mine. we were driving from town to town and just came across one; him being a film major and me a photo major we were both pretty excited...we ended up watching a really old black and white western called "Down West Goes George".  The movie wasn't all that great (and i love black and white movies) but just the experience was.  If you ever come across one I highly recommend you go for it.  I've always been inspired with the 40's-80's era.  Not only were the people different but the creativity that artists and inventors had during that time were just as different as well.  I think anyone and everyone who loves something should research it's history and se how it's developed over time--you never know you might be the next Richard Hollingshead, Jr. creating something as big and beautiful as the drive-thru movie theatre.

so idk why but today i was thinking about Nas and Kelis...these two were my fav. celeb couple period!!! they had so much grace and class and loyalty when they were together and it was read a mile away...there were no shown insecurities in their relationship.  i was really sad when i found out that they divorced...even though people aasumed alot of things about their divorce what i loved about the both of them was even though their divorce was a bit messy they still didnt go around bashing one another...thats genuine, loyal love...just not all love works; wish they did though...their relationship and even their breakup reminded me that true love does exist and that even though it might not work you never stop loving that person and you show it by wishing them the best and not having anything bad to say about them..

So by accident I came across this artist, Simon Robert's work on the web and I was like "WOWWW!!" Now this is the definition of graphic designer..he's dark and edgy which is really cool.  I love when peoples   work portrays the amount of time and effort that they put into it--and he does just that.  For more of his work visit his site THE ART OF SIMON ROBERT
